Patrick Molloy FRICS was set up in 1964 providing a full quantity surveying and construction cost control service. Founded and based in the heart of Limerick City, Molloy QS provide a comprehensive suite of construction cost management tools which have been refined and improved since inception of the practice.

Molloy QS do not price or prepare tenders for Contractors or Sub contractors. They believe that to give unbiased advice and assessment of contractors they cannot be on their payroll.  This allows them the freedom to truly represent the clients best interests. Molloy QS are advocates for new green technologies and embrace best cost practices for green energy.
