Annacotty Business Business Park is on one continuous journey to improve every aspect of our estate. The Park has survived some very difficult economic times, but the important thing is we did survive. Through difficult trading times, the management were able to maintain the property to a reasonably good standard despite a great many of the businesses experiencing challenging times.

With careful management of the Park and support from every resident company, the Park has undergone investment in the landscaping and common areas, improved security, signage and road upgrades.

Looking ahead, we are planning continued investment to create an environment that offers a pleasant experience for our visitors, but most especially for the 3,000 people who work in the Park every day.
