We pride ourselves on being a “hands-on” management team, who take a very personal interest in the wellbeing of all our resident companies and their employee’s. With a business park housing 76 different companies in 58 different buildings, and a network of roads and an array of underground services, there is always the possibility something will go wrong, be it water mains, broadband, power.
Having a hands-on approach and a team of people on-site every day is critical to providing the back up to ensure every business is able to operate hassle-free. Not to mention the eyes and ears of our on-site management team adds to security and ensuring no undesirable visitors get away unnoticed.
